Why increase your MP4 volume?
Few things are more frustrating than watching a video where the picture looks great but you can barely hear what's being said. MP4 is the most widely used video format on the web, and low audio levels are a surprisingly common problem. A presentation recorded in a large conference room, a home video shot outdoors on a windy day, or a screen recording where the speaker's microphone was too far away can all result in an MP4 that's difficult to follow without cranking your device volume to its absolute limit.
Zamzar's volume increase tool lets you boost the audio within your MP4 files without needing to download or learn video editing software. You upload your MP4, select your preferred volume increase (125%, 150%, 200%, or 300%), and download the file with louder audio. Wedding videographers and event photographers often find this useful when ceremony footage has been captured from a distance, leaving speeches barely audible. It's also helpful for educators who record lessons or tutorials and later realise the audio sits too low for students to hear comfortably on a laptop or tablet. If you've downloaded a webinar recording or received a video clip from a colleague where the sound is too faint, a quick volume boost can make it watchable again without any technical fuss.
